The heated argument between Elon Musk vs Mark Zuckerberg has finally happened.
Viral Musk lookalike Yilong Ma, whose uncanny resemblance to the American billionaire has garnered her followers on social media site TikTok, posted a video of herself “fighting” a Zuckerberg lookalike – a cardboard box containing a friend’s picture It was wearing a Meta Boss.
The comedy, based on a potential cage match between the two businessmen, garnered over 4.6 million views, while the three follow-up “Fight” posts garnered 3.4 million, 149,000 and 364,000 views, respectively.
The first match was a clear knockout for Fake Musk, who easily won the other three rounds against Cardboard Box Zuckerberg.
It’s a fitting development in a story that’s almost too bizarre to be true – two of the richest men in the world planning to duke it out in a cage match.
The idea of a possible grudge match came about after Mr. Musk said on Twitter that he was “ready for a cage match” after news broke that Mr. Zuckerberg was developing a Twitter rival (Threads).
Mr Zuckerberg posted a screenshot of Mr Musk’s tweet and wrote “send me the location” below it.
The Tesla and SpaceX tycoons suggested the Vegas Octagon, and a spokesman for Mr Zuckerberg declined to dismiss the idea that a real battle could happen – although many believe it hasn’t actually happened yet .
Following the post, the Facebook founder posted about his physical prowess on social media, writing on Instagram: “Competed in my first Jiu Jitsu tournament and won a few medals for the Guerrilla Jiu Jitsu team.”
However, Mr Musk claimed not to exercise, writing: “I almost never exercise other than picking up my kids and throwing them in the air.”
